All IGC members are welcome to play Royal Trophy events and ‘mixed tees’ will be allocated according to handicap. Please be aware that there are exceptional fixtures where certain Royal courses apply handicap limits that will exclude players with handicaps higher than the limits.

The format is strokeplay. The aggregate net score against par from the best 4 cards submitted will count. In the event of a tie the leaders will play off over a full 18 holes to decide the outcome. The Committee’s ruling on the day is final!
