The main purpose of this AGM is to elect a new committee to manage and run the club in 2025 and beyond, and review the past year including the accounts.

By this notice, we are asking for nominations to the ASBL committee which will consist of six designated posts and three ordinary committee members as listed below. Completed Nomination Forms – see attached sheet – for the committee should be submitted to Gavin Watt ([email protected]) by 15 November; members may also nominate themselves.

It should be noted that all positions may be contested by any existing Full or Country Member. Gavin Watt will be the election officer.

Should there be more than 1 applicant for any position, a vote will be triggered. All members present at the AGM plus any proxies will be allowed to vote.
